I'm Julián Medina, from Buenos Aires. I've worked with technology for 25 years. Today I run SourcingUp, I created CommerceUp and I write ThinkUp.
Who is Julián Medina?
I'm the Julián Medina from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've run SourcingUp since 2008, a digital solutions company where we now use AI inside our own operation.
I also created CommerceUp, a B2B ecommerce platform for distributors, manufacturers and importers. And I write ThinkUp, a LinkedIn newsletter about technology, learning and questions that still don't have a comfortable answer.

What I work on today
- AI applied to companies. What context and tools an AI agent needs to work inside a business, and how you supervise it. We test it at SourcingUp with teams of people and agents.
- B2B ecommerce. How to bring wholesale selling to the digital channel, with prices per customer, credit and an ERP connection. That's what CommerceUp solves.
- Digital DNA. Gathering your story, your ideas and what you've learned, so AI can work with you from a context of your own.
- Talks and course. I give talks for teams and companies, and an in-person course of three sessions to go from watching AI to using it.
My path
- At age 10 I started programming in BASIC on a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A.
- 25 years I've worked with technology inside companies: learning, building and evolving together with the businesses.
- Since 2008 I run SourcingUp.
- CommerceUp I created SourcingUp's B2B ecommerce platform: an evolving SaaS with no commission per sale.
- ThinkUp I write the newsletter where I think out loud about what I'm building.
- Today I'm building my Digital DNA and teams where people and AI agents work together (Super Humans).
