I’m Julián Medina. A nerd who understands business. For 25 years, I have worked with technology: learning, building and evolving alongside the businesses I work with. Today I focus on applied AI, B2B ecommerce and what happens when an idea meets the reality of running a company.

I started programming at ten on a TI-99/4A. That curiosity still guides my work.
After 25 years in the industry, I still work where technology meets business. Today that means AI working inside companies, B2B ecommerce built around real trading rules, and identities that both people and machines can understand.
ThinkUp is where I write about that journey as it unfolds. Sometimes it starts with a product problem. Sometimes with a conversation, my children or an idea I cannot stop thinking about. It almost always leads to another question.
